Net profit of Transformers & Rectifiers India declined 97.30% to Rs 0.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 10.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 24.14% to Rs 188.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 248.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 13.03 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 8.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 39.19% to Rs 802.24 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 576.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
