He said that Kejriwal was reluctant to appoint a city level monitoring committee, prescribed by the Centre under the National Health Mission, because it can only be headed by a Member of Parliament (MP), and all MPs in are from the Bharatiya Janata Party.

"The Centre has been releasing funds to under various health schemes and also reminding the Kejriwal from time to time to setup monitoring committee," the leader said.
