My Eco Energy today announced the launch of Indizel, a non-petroleum based fuel made from renewable vegetable oils.
It is currently the only fuel in India that meets Euro 6 requirements, making it the greenest fuel in India, the company said in a release here.
Indizel burns cleaner than petroleum- based fuels, which results in lower emissions of carbon-monoxide, particulate matter and unburned hydrocarbons, it said.
Generally, fuels contain sulphur at a quantity of 500 ppm (parts per million) however Indizel contains sulphur at a quantity of less than 10 ppm, it added. ---------------------------------------------------- DFPCL announces completion of demerger process
Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation (DFPCL) today said the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has recently approved the company's scheme of restructuring.
DFPCL had proposed a scheme of arrangement for demerger of two of its core businesses, fertilisers and technical ammonium nitrate (TAN) into a wholly-owned subsidiary company Smartchem Technologies, a release said.
NCLT has recently approved the aforesaid Scheme of restructuring with effect from May 1, 2017.
As part of the scheme, industrial chemicals and its home lifestyle and retail arm Ishanya will continue to operate under DFPCL.
