HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - May 04, 2017) - SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") d.b.a. Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (
Norman George, President of the Company, announced its intention to launch, by the end of summer, an expanded marketing effort in the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land area.
The Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land is a nine-county metropolitan area defined by the Office of Management and Budget. It is located along the Gulf Coast region in the U.S. state of Texas. The metropolitan area is colloquially referred to as "Greater Houston" and is situated in Southeast Texas.
Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land is the fifth-largest metropolitan area in the United States and the second-largest in Texas with a population of 6,490,180, according to the U.S. Census Bureau's July 1, 2010 estimate.
The population of the metropolitan area is centered in the city of Houston, which alone has a population of 2.1 million people.
According to Chase Bank, approximately 30% of the people in this metropolitan area use pawn shops and check cashing stores to facilitate banking needs. The Company believes that this estimate gives it an approximation of the size of the potential market in this area for its prepaid telephone services.
The Company believes it has a reasonable chance of getting a 1% penetration of this market within the next 3 years, assuming it can get adequate funding to support a continuing marketing effort.
The Company's beta-testing of its service indicates that the average revenue per customer has been in the range of $40.00 per month. The Company is hopeful that this range of revenue can be maintained with an expanded customer base.
