Net profit of Godrej Properties reported to Rs 62.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 10.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 19.25% to Rs 431.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 361.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 29.45% to Rs 206.81 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 159.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 25.43% to Rs 1582.93 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2122.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
