A 26-year-old woman was allegedly intoxicated and then raped by two men who left her unconscious in the fields at Lank village in Shamli district, police said today.
According to SHO Umesh Roria, the woman was found unconscious in a semi-nude state and was rushed to a hospital here.
She had gone to the fields but did not return for a long time. During a search, she was found in the fields.
In another case, a 30-year-old man was booked for molesting a 24-year-old woman at her house in Banat town in Shamli district yesterday, police said.
