Anthony Lianzuala took over as the new Controller General of Accounts (CGA) on Monday in place of Archana Nigam, who superannuated on April 30. A 1982-batch batch Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) Officer, Lianzuala has held various posts at the Centre and the States including the Central Board of Direct Taxes and Ministry of Information an Broadcasting.
