Four persons were killed in the wee hours today when their car rammed into a divider on Delhi-Dehradun highway near Bajheri village here, police said.

The accident took place around 4 AM when 40-year-old Vikas Sharma was returning to Muzaffarnagar from Dehradun along with his wife Subaru (38), sister Manju (30) and a relative named Sanjay (31), they said.



Sharma worked as a cricket coach here while his wife was a school teacher.

He lost control over the vehicle and hit the divider on the highway, killing all four occupants of the car on the spot, police said.
