Bollywood has seen many great friendships. But on Thursday, a relation saw an absolute end after the sudden demise of veteran actor Vinod Khanna.
Whole Bollywood was left shattered by the news. Among everyone their was a star who left everything at the moment and rushed to the situation just to pay respect to his dear friend.
Yes we are talking about that legendary friendship between Amitabh Bachchan and Vinod Khanna.
Khanna, reportedly, had been battling from cancer.
Amitabh was in the midst of an interview promoting film Sarkar 3, that is when the news came and he left the venue and rushed to pay his condolences to the actor.
Amar Akbar Anthony, Parvarish, Khoon Pasina, Muqadar Ka Sikander, Hera Pheri are one of the few movies which have seen the two legends sharing the screen space.
A relationship of 48 years, which together has witnessed struggle and success in the film industry, the relationship just came to an end.
Later that day, after attending the funeral procession for Vinod Khanna at Worli Hindu Crematorium in Mumbai, Amitabh expressed his feelings for his friend in a beautiful poem which he posted on his official Twitter account.
