"The Social Network" star Jesse Eisenberg has teamed up with J J Abrams' Bad Robot Productions to develop a TV comedy titled "The Market".
The 33-year-old actor will star in, write as well as helm the single-camera project, reported Deadline.
"The Market" follows a recently widowed Harold Katzman who moves to Pittsburgh to live with his adult son, Stan (Eisenberg). Both men simultaneously lose their jobs due to the changing American economy and are thrust into an unforgiving job market.
It will mark Eisenberg's first series regular role after starring on FOX's family comedy "Get Real" in 2000.
