Mahindra CIE Automotive announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2017 approved the amalgamation of Mahindra Gears & Transmission and Crest Geartech along with Mahindra Forgings International and Mahindra Forgings Global with Mahindra CIE Automotive and amended the scheme to include new transferor companies.In December 2016, the Board had approved the scheme of amalgamation of Mahindra Forgings International and Mahindra Forgings Global with Mahindra CIE Automotive.
