Jiya Eco-Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2017 approved the following -Increase in Authorised Share Capital from Rs 12 crore to Rs 15 crore dividend into 150,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
Raise equity shares capital through further public issue, rights issue, preferential issue or any other means not exceeding Rs 25 crore in aggregate including share premium.
To hold EGM on 25 May 2017.
