Seven persons died in three separate road accidents in Maharashtra since last night, police said.
Four persons were killed and seven others were injured when the jeep in which they were travelling was hit by a truck at around 3.45 am at Manjarsumba on Dhule-Solapur road in Beed district today.
The victims, hailing from Buldhana, were returning from the pilgrimage town of Pandharpur.
Two pedestrians died after being knocked down by an unidentified vehicle at Sakharkherda in Buldhana district at around 9 last night. Another person was injured in the accident.
In a third incident, a 32-year-old man died after being hit by an unidentified vehicle at Karad in Satara district early this morning.
