DPSC on Monday said that Power Trust, a shareholder of the company, is proposing to sell up to 2.50 crore equity shares through an offer-for-sale (OFS) on the separate window provided by the BSE and the NSE. The OFS opens for subscription for non-retail investors on April 26 (Wednesday) and for retail investors on April 27 (Thursday). The NSE-listed DPSC has fixed the floor price at ₹40 a share. Shares may remain in focus on Tuesday ahead of the stake sale.
