Jaiprakash Associates has informed the exchanges that it has acquired control over the remaining 20 per cent paid-up equity share capital of Yamuna Expressway Tolling (YETL). On April 8, JP Associates had informed about the acquisition of 80 per cent stake (40,000 shares) in YETL. Following the acquisition, YETL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Shares of JP Associates closed at ₹12.75, a gain of 1.2 per cent, on the NSE.
