Dehri in Rohtas district registered the highest maximum temperature of at 42 deg C.

Purnea recorded the highest rainfall of 16.6 mm in the state, while Bhagalpur registered 6.4 mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours, the office said in a bulletin.
