Property consultant Cushman & Wakefield today announced the appointment of Badal Yagnik as Managing Director for Leasing Services, India.
Badal joins Cushman & Wakefield after a stint of one decade with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he last headed the business for Delhi-NCR region, overseeing Commercial Markets, Retail, Residential and Capital Markets sides of the businesses.
"Badal will lead the commercial leasing team at a pan India level," C&W India said in a statement.
"His role will focus on providing effective transaction solutions for corporate office occupiers ranging from new market entry, to expansion, consolidation and rationalisation of corporate real estate," it said.
Badal will also be providing strategic supervision to the landlord representation business and work towards maximising rental revenue potentials for developers.
