Nepal's Supreme has ordered the police to arrest within a week a ruling party leader convicted in a case during the decade-long insurgency.

A single bench of justice Ananda Mohan Bhattarai issued the order in response to a contempt of case filed by advocate Tripathi on Wednesday.
