A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man in Rehra area here, police said today.
The incident took place on Tuesday when the girl was playing outside and her landlord's son Sudhakar (25) allegedly took her to secluded place and raped her, they said.
The girl was later traced in a field and was rushed to a hospital, where her condition was stated to be serious.
The accused has been arrested by the police.
