Small sugar prices rebounded at the Vashi wholesale market here today on good demand from stockists and bulk consumers on the back of festive offtake.
While, medium sugar fell further owing to subdued demand from stockists and retailers.
Small sugar (S-30) rose by Rs 12 per quintal to Rs 3,942/4,015 from Monday's closing level of Rs 3,930/4,015.
Medium sugar (M-30) fell by Rs 16 per quintal to Rs 3,996/4,166 as against Rs 3,996/4,182 yesterday.

Small sugar (S-30) quality: Rs 3,942/4,015 (Rs 3,930/4,015).
Medium sugar (M-30) quality: Rs 3,996/4,166 (Rs 3,996/4,182).
