Housing.com gets a new national sales head

NEW DELHI: Housing.com, part of Elara Technologies, has appointed Amit Masaldan as National Sales Head. He will report to Mani Rangarajan, CBO, Platform Business Unit, Housing.com.

Serving as a lead for the developer, broker and HomeBuy360 sales team, Masaldan will be responsible for further building the sales and marketing infrastructure and execute the joint go-to-market plan for Housing.com.

According to a company release, he will play a vital role for growing sales and content product revenue lines. Prior to joining Housing.com, Masaldan worked with Magic Bricks and led the sales function team of more than 500 sales personnel and 30 delivery members.

His over 16 years of experience across the BFSI domain with companies include ABN-Amro Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Religare Securities.

"In order to become the largest online to offline player in the industry, and to drive our next set of goals, we have strengthened our team and brought Amit on board. We are confident that his rich sales and marketing experience and leadership qualities will be a great match for our organization as we tap the promising opportunities in line with our objective," Mani Rangarajan, CBO, Platform Business Unit, Housing.com said.

Masaldan holds a Master's degree in Management from NIMS Delhi and has graduated in Commerce from Delhi University.
