Indian politics today needs more participation from women, according to Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Sitharaman. While speaking at an interactive session with the members of Young Ficci Ladies Organisation here on Saturday, Sitharaman observed politics was not yet the first career choice for women. “In my family, they asked me if I was sure to enter politics.
