Srinagar: An Indian Army jawan was on Monday arrested from the international airport in Srinagar following recovery of two grenades from his possession.
Bhopal Mukhiya of Jammu and Kashmir Rifles (JAK Rifles), who is posted at Uri, was taken into custody after two hand grenades were recovered from his possession during search at the main gate of the airport, an official of the anti-hijacking force said.
He said the jawan is being questioned about the explosives.
