Filmmaker Soundarya Rajinikanth, who has teamed up with actor Dhanush in upcoming Tamil action-comedy "VIP 2", says she has learnt a lot from her brother-in-law.
Soundarya and Dhanush have teamed up for the first time for the sequel of his 2014 Tamil hit "Vella Illa Pattathari" aka "VIP".
"Thank you D sir. I have learnt and I am learning so much from you," Soundarya tweeted.
Dhanush is popularly known as D in the industry.
Soundarya is directing "VIP 2", which also stars Kajol, Amala Paul and Vivek in crucial roles.
On the last day of the film's shoot on Saturday, superstar Rajinikanth paid a surprise visit to the sets and spent a few hours with the crew.
The film is being jointly produced by Dhanush and Kalaipuli S. Thanu.
