Four college students detained after Smriti Irani complained of being chased

NEW DELHI: Four college students were detained in Delhi today after Union Minister Smriti Irani lodged a complaint with Delhi Police saying that they chased her.

Irani had complained to Police that she was travelling in her convoy when four men chased her and tried to overtake her car.

According to reports, the four detained students are from Delhi University and they have been taken to Chanakyapuri police station for questioning.


As per reports, the incident happened around 5 o' clock when the minister was travelling from airport to her official residence.
