Citi trims stake in India Cements, Kaveri Seed and Jain Irrigation

Mumbai: Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius sold shares of India Cements, Jain Irrigation Systems and Kaveri Seed Company on Thursday via bulk deals, data on the National Stock Exchange of India's website showed. Citi sold 52.2 lakh shares, or 1.1%, of Jain Irrigation at Rs 93.05 apiece. Shareholding data shows Citi held 1.3% in the company as of December 31.

In India Cements, Citi sold 28.3 lakh shares, or 0.9%, at Rs 160.5 per share. As of December, the foreign firm held 42.8 lakh shares, or 1.4%, in the cement company .

Citi sold 3.7 lakh shares, or 0.5% of its holding in Kaveri Seed. It held 1.3% in Kaveri Seed as of December 31.
