A special NIA court in Mumbai on Wednesday adjourned the hearing on framing charges against ISIS suspect Arib Majeed till April 13.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has informed the special court that it has appealed against discharge in two sections of UAPA (20 and 38) to Majeed.
Majeed was initially charged under Sections 16, 18, 20 and 38 of the UAPA but later the special NIA court has discharged him in two sections.
Now, the NIA has challenged his discharge in two sections in the High Court.
Arib Majeed returned from ISIS in 2015.
