Powerloom town Malegaon in the district today recorded a maximum temperature of 42 degrees Celsius as the heat wave gripped most of the areas in north Maharashtra.
The maximum temperature in Nashik was today recorded at 40.1 degrees Celsius, official from Meteorological department said.
They said the heatwave will remain for another couple of days.
