The Indian Test team has included fast bowler Mohammed Shami for the Dharmasala Test match starting on Saturday.

Shami and Mumbai batsman Shreyas Iyer were the last minute inclusions in the team as skipper Virat Kohli remains doubtful for the final match.

With Kohli still "not 100 percent fit" Iyer is most likely to replace the skipper.

The BCCI Twitter handled confirmed that both Shami and Iyer have been included in the team for the Dharamsala Test.

With Shami's inclusion, India will go in with three seamers given the fact that the track in Dharamsala will assist the fast bowlers.

Shami has missed the first three Test matches against Australia due to an injury. The medium pacer picked up the injury in the third Test during the England series and missed the fourth and fifth Test against them.

He went on to miss the one-off Test against Bangladesh.

On the other hand, Iyer had a superb game against the Australians in the warm-up game in Mumbai. Iyer hit an unbeaten century against the Australians and that is indeed a positive sign for Iyer and India.
