Jat agitation: Delhi metro, buses, local trains will operate as usual, says Special CP

Following the Jat protesters postponing the 'Kooch', Special Commissioner of Police Dependra Pathak on Sunday said the metro, buses and local train would operate without any hindrance, adding that the security arrangement would remain as they are.

"Metro, buses and local trains will operate as usual. However, security arrangements will remain as they are," Pathak told media here.

The development came hours after Khattar urged protestors to meet him and other ministers ahead of the agitation.

Khattar said the was serious about the issues of the Jat community and assured them of resolving the issue soon.
