Sanjay Roy, who was admitted to the hospital after being injured in a road accident last month, died allegedly because of medical negligence.

The state formed a committee to look into the matter while on the basis of a complaint lodged by Roy's family at the Phoolbagan police station, police were also conducting an investigating into the matter.
