Dell offers discount for students on computers

NEW DELHI: Keeping in mind the needs of students headed for their new academic session, Dell on Thursday announced 'Back to School for 2017' campaign with a range of exclusive offers on select Dell Inspiron notebooks, desktops and all-in-one PC's.

This year the campaign is based on the theme "Ek Behtar Kal Ka Aarambh", which means 'the beginning of a better tomorrow'.

Upon purchasing the select products, school students can avail an additional two-year warranty, edurite educational content packs to enhance PC learning, Canon all-in-one colour printer and Bata gift vouchers.

"The world we live in is rapidly becoming centred on the role of digital and it is crucial for us to lay the right foundation for young minds to thrive in this environment," Ritu Gupta, Director-Marketing, Consumer and Small Business, Dell India, said in a statement.

"As students step into the beginning of a brand new term, it is the right time for them to embrace PC technology to take a step closer to a better, brighter future," Gupta added.

Customers can also avail easy financing options at zero per cent interest on select Inspiron products, launched by Dell in partnership with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

The offer is valid on products purchased on or between March 17 and April 30 across the country at Dell Exclusive Stories, authorised resellers or on the company's website, the statement said.
