Nitish Kumar to challenge PM Narendra Modi in 2019?

PATNA: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar must take on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the 2019 general election, leaders of his Janata Dal-United (JD-U) said on Thursday.

JD-U leaders and workers gathered here from across the country advocated support for Nitish Kumar.

"Nitish Kumar is the only popular leader who can challenge Modi in 2019 as the non-BJP parties' Prime Ministerial candidate," a party leader said.
