Shivraj Singh Chouhan not being shifted to Delhi: BJP

BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will not be taking up any ministerial post in the Modi government, BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya has said.

In a tweet on Wednesday night, Vijayvargiya said Chouhan will lead the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2018 assembly polls.

He rubbished rumours that Chouhan might join the Modi cabinet following the BJP's performance in the just concluded assembly elections.

"A section of the media is trying to intentionally fuel rumours about a leadership change in MP, which is baseless," Vijayvargiya said.
