Top five intraday trading ideas for afternoon trade for Tuesday, 14 March 2017
NEW DELHI: The NSE Nifty index was trading 146.15 points, or 1.64 per cent, up at 9,080.70 in the noon trade on Tuesday following BJP's landslide victory in UP and Uttarakhand.
Among the 51 components in Nifty index, 46 were trading in green with ICICI Bank gaining the most 5.60 per cent, followed by Larsen & Toubro (up 4.22 per cent), Asian Paints (up 3.68 per cent), UltraTech Cement (up 3.52 per cent) and HDFC (up 3.29 per cent).
On the other hand, Bharti Airtel, Bosch, Lupin, Sun Pharma and Idea Cellular were trading lower by 1.12 per cent, 0.27 per cent, 0.27 per cent, 0.10 per cent and 0.05 per cent, respectively.
