NEW DELHI: The Nifty50 is expected to open higher on Tuesday after the stunning victory of BJP in UP Assembly polls.

Nifty futures on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX Nifty) were also trading over 200 points higher in morning trade against Friday’s close, indicating a gap up start for NSE Nifty index.

ET Now spoke to various experts and here's what they have to recommend for today's trade:

ICICI Bank is a 'BUY' call with a target of Rs 294 and a stop loss of Rs 206
Bajaj Finance is a 'BUY' call with a target of Rs 1150 and a stop loss of Rs 1055
Tata Steel is a 'BUY' call with a target of Rs 505 and a stop loss of Rs 456

BEL is a 'BUY' call with a target of Rs 1625 and a stop loss of Rs 1550
BPCL is a 'BUY' call with a target of Rs 640 and a stop loss of Rs 620
