Jaitley was in Haridwar to visit Yoga guru Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Yogpeeth.
He later boarded the chopper to Delhi to attend the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Parliamentary Board meeting to choose Chief Ministers for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
