THIRUVANANTHAPURAM -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kannur Mandal vice-president Sushil was attacked by bike-borne assailants on Wednesday night.
The incident took place at Olachery Kavu, Kerala.

Sushil has been admitted to Kozhikode medical college and his condition is said to be stable.
Meanwhile, the BJP blamed the CPI (M) behind the attack.
However, the CPM denied the allegation saying that it was a result of feud inside the BJP.
The police is investigating the matter.
