The Tamilnadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) plans to work closely with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) in greening their existing and upcoming office buildings across the State, T Haldorai, Chief Engineer, TANGEDCO, said. He was speaking at the CII-IGBC workshop on ‘Building Efficiency Accelerator’ organised by CII, Coimbatore, in partnership with Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation. M Ramesh, Vice-Chairman, CII Coimbatore zone, said that there were more than 35 IGBC certified projects in the city.
