ISGEC Heavy Engineering has decided to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in Canada - ISGEC Canada. The subsidiary is being incorporated to expand the business of the company in that part of the world by setting up manufacturing operations via acquiring assets or existing company, ISGEC said in a notice to the stock exchanges. Analysts and investors will closely monitor the development, especially in case of acquisition.
