MyTVS adds seven outlets in two days
NEW DELHI: Multi-brand car service provider MyTVS on Tuesday announced that it has inaugurated seven new multibrand car service outlets in the last two days across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, taking total number of outlets to 330.
New outlets have come up in, Karur, Nagercoil, Uthangarai (Tamil Nadu), Pathanamthitta, Kannur (Kerala), and Medhipatinam, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Bengaluru (Karnataka).
The company said it is looking at entering new states to become a Pan India player in the near future. To cater to the growing requirement of customers, MyTVS has added an additional 100 service bays, through new outlets, in the last one month alone.
Commenting on the expansion strategy, Vinay Piparsania, President, TVS Automobile Solutions , said, "We are extremely bullish on the growth of the Indian Automotive aftermarket and are of the firm belief that service as a category has a high growth potential. The approach is to provide unique, and competent service experiences to customers in all these outlets. In this regard, we have added a lot of value offers like membership to Freedom Club, service bookings and tracking through mobile app, Service on Call at your doorsteps, etc. to delight customers and provide complete peace of mind to when it comes to car maintenance and servicing."
He further added, "We aim to double our service network in the next two years and will shortly enter into Northern and Eastern part of India to be a Pan India player. With our far-reaching network and superior service, we are confident MyTVS will set a new benchmark for car servicing in India."
