The district administration has ordered a magisterial inquiry into allegations that doctors at the district hospital were asking patients to purchase medicines from outside.
District Magistrate D K Singh told reporters that a complainant alleged that doctors at the district hospital were asking people to purchase medicines from the market and not from the medical store at the hospital.
He said Deputy Collector Gyan Parkash will conduct an inquiry into the allegation and submit a report within a week.
