Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has informed the exchanges that Kiinteist Oy Tunturinrivi and Saimaa Gardens Arena Oy, Finland, have been merged with Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland, a stepdown subsidiary of the company, from February 28. Consequently, both companies have ceased to be subsidiaries of Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland, and in turn, of the company, it further said. Shares of Mahindra Holidays edged down 1.37 per cent at ₹428.25 on the NSE.
