As per the complaint lodged by the man (27), working as the analyst with an advertising firm, he had befriended the woman through online when he had gone to a trip to earlier this month.

He told the police though he never the woman in person, they started seeing each other on applications like Skype after returning.

During one such interaction, the woman recorded the man's video in buff and later threatened him to make it viral if he fails to pay the amount.

The man approached Chitalsar police station last evening. No arrest is made in the case so far.
