Dhanlaxmi Bank, CMI, RIL rise up to 10% intraday today
NEW DELHI: Benchmark equity index BSE Sensex was trading 162.19 points up at 28923.78 in the noon trade on February 22 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Shares of MT Educare (up 5.14 per cent) , HSIL (up 5.31 per cent) , T T Ltd (up 5.53 per cent) , Elgi Rubber Co (up 5.53 per cent) , Gulshan Polyols (up 5.54 per cent) , Jai Corp (up 5.63 per cent) , Celestial Bio (up 5.67 per cent) , Moser Baer (up 6.34 per cent) , Dhanlaxmi Bank (up 6.50 per cent) , Mangalam Timber (up 6.93 per cent) , DCW Ltd (up 7.26 per cent) , Electrosteel (up 7.53 per cent) , Pneumatic Holdings Ltd. (up 7.56 per cent) , Shekhawati Poly (up 7.69 per cent) , SIL Investments (up 7.74 per cent) , CMI Ltd (up 7.84 per cent) , Peninsula Land (up 8.02 per cent) , Mold Tek Tech (up 8.52 per cent) , Ujaas Energy (up 8.68 per cent) and Reliance Industries (RIL) (up 9.03 per cent) are some of the stocks that rallied up to 10 per cent till noon.
In the Nifty 50 index, stocks such as RIL (up 9.03 per cent) , Axis Bank (up 2.71 per cent) , Bharti Infratel (up 2.32 per cent) , Coal India Ltd (up 2.32 per cent) , Bosch (up 2.16 per cent) , Tata Motors (up 2.04 per cent) , Asian Paints (up 1.77 per cent) , BHEL (up 1.52 per cent) , SBI (up 1.13 per cent) and Tata Power (up 1.01 per cent) were among top gainers around 12.15 pm (IST).
Among the 51 stocks, 24 stocks were trading in green, while 26 were trading in red.
