Britannia Industries has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Greek company Chipita to explore certain business opportunities. The company said it is in advance talks with Chipita to finalise definitive agreements, including a joint venture agreement, and will inform the exchanges once a partnership is established and agreements signed. Shares of the fast-moving consumer goods company were down 0.5 per cent at ₹3,239.05 on the NSE.
