Castrol India, Kamat Hotels, ITD Cementation India and Huhtamaki PPL will announce un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 2016 on Tuesday. Besides, the board of directors of IDBI Bank on Tuesday will tentatively consider fund-raising by way of preferential issue of shares or any other method. The bank said an EGM is also proposed to be held for obtaining shareholders' approval for the proposed fund-raising plans.
