Supreme Court notice to alleged Hindu activist

NEW DELHI: The SC on Friday issued notices to an alleged Hindu activist, accused of murdering a Muslim youth, on an appeal against a Bombay High Court decision, which had controversially granted him bail on the ground that they could not be denied bail only because the deceased was a Muslim.
