NRL dispatches wax to Indonesia and Dominican Republic

GUWAHATI: Assam based Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) continues to explore new export market for its wax.

The refinery has dispatched wax to Indonesia and Dominican Republic. An export consignment comprising of 40 metric tonnes (MT) of Fully Refined Paraffin Wax (FRPW) was flagged off to the two countries from NRL’s Marketing Terminal. Total export of Paraffin Wax from NRL’s Wax Plant stands at 2,172 MT.

Already NRL Wax has been exported wax to eight countries including Mexico, Kenya, Nepal, Bangladesh, Nicaragua, Thailand , Hong Kong(China) and Brazil. The Company is also pursuing opportunities to export Wax to a few other countries in the near future.
