TD Power, Rasoya Proteins, Raj Rayon hit fresh 52-week lows on Monday

NEW DELHI: Shares of TD Power, Rasoya Proteins and Raj Rayon hit their respective fresh 52-week lows on Monday.

In broader market, NSE Nifty was trading 23.60 points down at 8769.95 in the afternoon trade on Monday on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Tera Software, Gangotri Text, JMT Auto, Pricol Ltd., TD Power Sys, DB International, BSE Ltd., Shekhawati Poly, Birla Cotsyn, Rasoya Proteins, Raj Rayon touched their new 52-week low on February 13 .

The BSE Sensex was trading 81.92 points down at 28252.33 around 12.45 pm (IST).

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco Inds., Eicher Motors, Kotak Bank, YES Bank, Infosys, PowerGrid, Bharti Infratel, Hind. Unilever, TCS, Tata Steel, Tata Power and NTPC were trading in green.

However, Bank of Baroda, Idea Cellular, BHEL, Aurobindo Pharm, Coal India Ltd and SBI were trading in red.

Traders were seen piling up position in Beverages - Non-Alcoholic, Gems and Jewellery, Information Technology, Infrastructure, Shipping, Personal Care, Food Processing, Hospitality, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, Power, Retail, Leather, Finance, Electronics sectors however, selling were visible in Aquaculture, Packaging, Iron and Steel, Glass, Rubber, Engineering, Textiles, Auto, Transport, Agriculture/Horticulture/Lives, Banks, Edible Fat, Equipments, Tea / Coffee, Plastics sectors.

In the BSE 500 index, 129 stocks advanced today, while 368 numbers of stocks remained in the grip of bears.
